At Kaik, we want you to love every piece you wear. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our Returns & Exchanges Policy simple and transparent so you can shop with confidence.
1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, accessories such as socks or underwear (when available in future collections) cannot be returned.
2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same product (subject to stock availability).

If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
4. Return Process

6. International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Kaik.
